Wharf to wharf Race
Thousands of runners competes annually in wharf to wharf Race, in month of july. Race start at the Santa cruz wharf, head south with views of Monterey Bay and cross the finish line at the Capitola Wharf. The event is known as "the best little road race in California," featuring 45 bands and loads of spectators along a scenic six-mile route.
